Summer House - Room for 5 people in 1st Floor

The house has two floors with 5 bedrooms in total and 400m garden that can be used for parking, barbecues etc. The house is located approximately 13 min (walking distance) from the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet due to not having many buildings in the area, making the house a perfect place for large groups that want to have privacy and/or quite times. The space The house has been used so far for family summer vacations so far. It's a quiet place with large outdoor space, perfect for calm summer holidays. During your stay During June-September, my parents are available there all the time. On the rest of the year, we're in the house only after 06:00 pm but we can arrange the timing.
