Charming country house in Österlen

Enjoy our charming country house near Skillinge with wood beams and wooden floor, two bedrooms, a large kitchen with a beautiful view of the garden and farm fields beyond, facing incredible summer sunsets. The bathroom is recently refurbished with heated floor tiles, shower and a washing machine. Pittoresque fishing village Skillinge next door, and one of Sweden's longest stretches of fine sand beach just a 10 minute bike ride away. The space The house was built in the 1880s and consists of two bedrooms, living room and a large kitchen with new fridge, freezer and dishwasher, a beautiful fireplace and views of the open field. The bathroom is recently refurbished with heated floor tiles, shower and a washing machine. Another room is private (not available to the tenant). Guest access Garden furniture, barbecue and bicycles. Sheets and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 200/person and final cleaning, if desired, for a fee of SEK 300. These services are booked when booking the apartment. Exchange days in high season are Sundays, with departure no later than 11:00 and arrival no earlier than 3:00 p.m. Discuss possible alternative arrivals/departures with the host. Other things to note Please be aware that we only let this house for rent on a weekly basis.
