All guests must be present at the designated check-in time. 📍**Guest Authorization Form:** A Guest Authorization Form will be provided only if the booking is made at least four days before the check-in date. In such cases, a self-check-in option will be available. 📍**Pool Fees:** - **Regular Days (through Sunday):** P150 per person, per night - **Holidays:** P300 per person TAKE NOTE: Maximum 2pax per unit only 📍**Parking Fees at SMDC:** - **First 2 hours:** P30.00 - **Each additional hour or fraction thereof:** P30.00 - **Overnight Fee:** P300 (in addition to hourly fees), applicable at 1:30 AM Parking in the street is free but at your own risk📍 --- Other things to note Security deposit 1k refundable after your stay if no damages incurred.
