This 2400 sq ft home boast a large, open plan living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 HD TVs, washer & dryer, covered patio and fireplace. This luxury home leaves little to be desired as EVERYTHING is provided. The only items you need to bring are your suitcase and toiletries bag! Free parking is available in the driveway directly in front of the house. You can check in anytime after 4pm via the lockbox located next to the front door. The house is located on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located, you are not far from grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. Parking spaces are provided for free in the driveway. We recommend having a car to get around town. Razor escooters are available. The rental fee is $20.00 per day, per scooter. We have adult sizes and kids sizes. Escooters are subject to availability. It's best if you reserve the scooters prior to your arrival to ensure they will be available for your stay. We are having an in-ground pool installed at this property. As a result, the back yard will not be available until further notice. please ask Management for more information. Thanks.
