Sonnhof Apartments Tegernsee - Studio #19

A small studio apartment directly on Lake Tegernsee. The studio is located in a former aparthotel and is completely self-sufficient. The studio was completely renovated in 2018. The bathroom is new and the view from the balcony to the green meadows and mountains of the Tegernsee Valley is beautiful. In the studio there is fast internet, a small kitchen for cooking and a sitting area for drinking wine, reading and enjoying. The space The studio apartment is located in a former apartment hotel. It is a 3-story building, of which the first floor is currently empty. Access is digital, i.e. when booking you will receive a code and instructions on how to find the studio. Guest access You will receive a text message and a message from us around 11 AM on the day of your arrival based on the data with which you are registered with AirBnB. This message contains everything relevant to you, i.e. which code you use to open the main entrance door and how you get the key for the studio. Other things to note We adhere to a strict cleaning protocol. You can also book an interim cleaning or change of linen from us at any time for a fee. There is no breakfast or dinner offer. Spices and vinegar/oil are not included in the basic equipment, as we are not allowed to provide these for hygienic reasons. If the booked apartment is left unreasonably, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning.
