Treat yourself to a relaxing stay in our ideally located lakeside home, with close access to the beach (1-minute walk). You will enjoy a private heated pool as well as a fully private Jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing moments in any season. Children (and adults!) will find something to have fun with: basketball hoop, trampoline, ping pong table, bicycles, canoe available to explore the lake... Close to the most beautiful sites and activities of the Dordogne! The space The house offers a bright and friendly interior, ideal for gatherings with family or friends. The terrace is ideal for enjoying the pleasures of life!!! "a breakfast, meal, an aperitif, a good book..." with a magnificent view of the lake. The living room/kitchen is welcoming, perfect for sharing meals, chatting or just relaxing after a day out in the Périgord Noir. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house has five bedrooms, 3 equipped with double beds and 2 with bunk beds. 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor and 3 upstairs, which allows everyone to enjoy their space in peace. The necessities for young children are already on site (2 baby beds, high chairs, cane stroller, hiking baby carrier, bike baby carrier...) On the ground floor there is a bathroom and a separate toilet, upstairs you will find a shower room with toilet. Guest access Access is by car or bike to the house with 4/5 parking spaces. 15 minutes from the train stations of Sarlat (Dordogne) and Gourdon (Lot), we can also pick you up at the train station if necessary and take care of car rentals. We will be happy to host you and guide you to discover the most beautiful sites and towns of Périgord Noir, Dordogne and Lot. Other things to note The house is located on a lake with neighbors, we ask all our guests to stop making noise after 11 p.m. We accept dogs after prior request.
