The space The Studio is a self-contained studio granny flat set towards the rear of our property, about 30m from the house. It has its own private access with parking at the door, plus cooking facilities, king sized bed and a generous deck area which is perfect for breakfast in the sunshine or afternoon drinks. Other amenities include ensuite, dining table, smart TV, double sofa bed (for groups of 3 or more or upon request if travelling with a friend) and coffee machine including pods. All linens and towels are provided, as well as welcome snacks and milk in the fridge. Guest access Guests have private access to the Studio via the property's rear driveway. NOTE: access is via an unsealed driveway with a short but semi steep incline. We've had no trouble getting cars/trucks/vans/trailers into the property but please contact us before booking if you are concerned about your vehicle. It's important that you read our check-in guide (in the app a few days before your stay) so that you know exactly where to go to find our little hidden gem. Vehicle parking is right outside the building, making your arrival as simple as possible and we have self check-in using a key box. Check in and out times have been set as a guide, but there is some flexibility depending on demand and your ETA. When booking, it would be helpful if you could provide a rough ETA and departure time. Contact us directly with special requests for services at the property before booking. We have two dogs living on the property who may be outside during your stay. They have their own enclosed section of the yard which is behind the Studio. You will not have to interact with the dogs if you prefer not to. Sisi is a 9 year old kelpie cross. She LOVES people and has trouble curbing her excitement at meeting new friends! Throw her a stick and you will be her besty. Lira is a 5 year old bull Arab cross who will just melt your heart with her smile and hugs. When you arrive, both dogs will likely bark at the fence. Whilst Sisi in particular may seem hyperactive, they are friendly. Both dogs sleep inside at night but are mostly outside during the day except during inclement weather.
