Wonderful private cosy room in stylish resort style house. The room comes with a seriously comfortable queen sized bed, ducted aircon/heater and fan. Our place is walking distance to supermarket and a few restaurants at Q Super Center, only 7 minutes drive to the beach and 200m to a bus stop that takes you directly to Pacific Fair (10 minutes). Free on street parking is always available. The space Our home is a large 3 bedroom house with a newly renovated swimming pool, entertaining area and BBQ. Guest access You're welcome to use the swimming pool area including the swimming pool, BBQ and the gazebo. You can also use the kitchen and all appliances, dinning room, living room and TV room. During your stay We are a young easy going couple who moved to the Gold Coast at the beginning of 2020. If you need help from us, we are available, and we respect your privacy. If you're new to the Gold Coast we're more than happy to give you some ideas of what to do and where to go as we just experienced this ourselves :)
