A lovely Modern, Light & cosy self contained Annex with a king bed, large en suite & breakfast supplies Adjoining our coastal family home yet private with its own entrance. Free parking space directly outside on private driveway. Newlyn/Penzance beach, harbour & coast path a 3-4 minute walk down hill with Art galleries, shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs & an independent cinema. Penzance Town with a Marina, Island Ferry & Train/bus station is an beautiful 25 min walk along Penzance seafront The space Situated in an elevated position above Newlyn/Penzance seafront in Mounts Bay, it’s a 3-4 minute walk down hill to the Beach, harbour & Coastal path This is 1 of 2 lovely Annex’s available on our property With its own entrance the Annex is a cosy, compact room, self contained with a king size bed & large en suite shower room. There are shelves on which to store your belongings & space under the bed for your suitcases. The Annex adjoins our Coastal home. Privacy is maintained as our Air BnB storage room is between the Annex & the main house. There is a beautiful, solid wood king size bed & super comfy mattress, sumptuous duvet & pillows with quality fine linen & towels all washed in ‘Ecover’. Super fast WIFI Smart TV with Netflix Table & 2 chairs to work or eat at. We provide a fridge/freezer, Microwave, Toaster, kettle, French press & coffee pod machine together with a variety of coffee pods. Complementary Cornish products such as mineral water, Organic tea, instant coffee including decaf & fruit/herbal teas all in individual hygienic sachets. Semi skimmed milk, (oat or other on request) some breakfast supplies Alpen, weetabix & porridge again all individual in sachets. Crumpets, butter, miniature pots of jam, marmite, Sugar, salt & pepper Faith in Nature body wash, shampoo, conditioner & body lotion supplied. Ecover washing up liquid & Eco cleaning products provided Outside the Annex we provide a bistro set on the driveway to enjoy the amazing sea view- (see photos ) Check out my other place for more lovely accommodation a bit larger with an amazing sea view & balcony (also Sleeps 2). Please enquire for 1 night stays in high season There are numerous take aways & fabulous restaurants minutes walk away in Newlyn these Include the famous Mackerel Sky fish bar, The Bridge, The Tolcarn Inn, Argoe, Lewis’s Fish & Chips, Duke Street Cafe. Newlyn Village is a few minutes down the hill. Penzance Centre a 20 minute walk down hill & along the seafront with foodie cafes, restaurants, gin bars, pubs & take aways along the way. Mousehole is a 2.5 miles away sea front walk where you can find a Vegan restaurant & fine eateries. St Ives is a 25 minute drive In Penzance it’s a short sea front walk to the open air Lido - Jubilee Pool with a thermal pool right on the seafront & boat trips from Penzance (or Newlyn) Harbour. Relax at Newlyn Film House a modern cinema with cafe & bar (good vegetarian & vegan options) 5 min walk. Visit the famous outdoor cliff top Minnack Theatre, walk the beautiful coastal paths Surf, body board, SUP board with your own equipment or hire at many of the beautiful Sandy beaches 10-20 drive or bus ride. Please note there are outdoor security cameras on the property in the parking & front door areas. These record. They are only viewed should a security problem occur.
