We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The space This spacious two bedroom flat integrates modern design with traditional Catalan elements like the coloured floor tiles and intricate ceiling moldings. The floor to ceiling windows lead to balconies from the living areas and the guest bedroom, and flood the space with natural light. Upon entering, there is a sitting area and wood shelves, custom built by a local artisan for the space. Further along, the area comes fitted with a dining table for 6 people. The living room comes with an alcove fitted with a one-of-a-kind custom made day-bed, ideal for sitting around with friends, or laying in front of the TV. The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed, and is separate from the living area. It comes with an ensuite bathroom, with fresh towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking appliances and utensils. The bathroom can be accessed via the hallway or directly from the guest bedroom. It comes with a bathtub and shower head. The guest bedroom is perfect for friends and family, with a large queen sized bed. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in the main bedroom. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations. Other things to note To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
