Beautiful townhouse in Périers, central Manche

Small town in Normandy 15 min from the sea, 50 min from Mont Saint Michel and 20 min from the landing beaches. You will find all the shops in Périers (supermarket, bakeries, greengrocers, caterers, pharmacists in less than 5 minutes on foot.) The nearest beaches are Pirou, St Germain, Agon-Coutainvilles or Barneville Carteret. Everything is accessible in less than half an hour... The space The entire house is accessible except for two small rooms with personal belongings. We have a very nice garden and several accessible terraces Guest access All access except first floor of the annex Other things to note One of the bedrooms (with the two small beds) is in a row with the other on the top floor. Please note that if you are allergic, there is a cat on site. Please feed the cat, it lives and sleeps outside.
