Gîte located in a quiet area in the center of Vivonne, a charming village in the Vienne region, a few kilometers from Poitiers. You can enjoy the historical heritage of the region but also the proximity of the Parc du Futuroscope and the Vallée des Singes. The space The house is a cottage located close to the city center, on a quiet street. It includes a kitchen and living room on the ground floor and bedrooms, bathroom and terrace upstairs. Note: possibility to book in addition a 2nd accommodation (studio) that communicates by a double interior door. It accommodates an additional 2 people and adds a shower, toilet and small garden. Guest access Full accommodation Other things to note If you want to check in independently, just let me know, I have a lockbox secured by a code provided for this purpose. We do not charge a cleaning fee, so we ask you to leave the premises as clean as when you arrived. A cleaning option is also possible at €60. Linen is to be provided but can be offered for rent upon prior request: €5/person. Animals that respect the premises are welcome as long as everything is left clean on departure, an additional €5/animal will be requested.
