Towels and bedding are all supplied and a cot can be available upon request (your own bedding will be required). The stunning open plan seamlessly guides you to the balcony, where you can enjoy the pool, landscape gardens and sea views whilst basking in the South facing sunshine all day long. There is a blind that covers the balcony, providing shade. The beautiful pool area benefits from having loungers and parasol for you to enjoy, also outside shower and toilet facilities. Beach towels are available for your comfort. The complex is totally secure, being walled and securely locked at all times. To the rear of the complex you have uninterrupted views of beautiful white washed Mojacar Pueblo. The beach is a 2 minute walk and benefits from having beach bar, toilet facilities, water fountain and is monitored by a Life Guard. Beach chairs, parasol, coolbox are provided for you to take with you. The bus stop is located at the end of Calle Asturias, which is a small quiet cul-de-sac. Guest access I shall be available to 'Welcome' guests on arrival, answer any questions/queries, hand them the keys. Should any guests arrive earlier than the check in time of 3pm, arrangements can be made to store any luggage, guests can then enjoy the pool facilities or head out towards the beach and start their holiday. I can text/ring when the apartment is available for them, which could possibly be before 3pm. There is electronic access to the underground car parking space, if you have your own or a hire car. Other things to note The apartment is in a fabulous location, close to the beach and amenities. Ideal for a family with small children looking for a lovely family holiday.
