We offer parking, but since there are more apartments than spaces, we cannot guarantee the permanent availability of spaces. It has hot water only in the bathroom and does not have Wi-Fi. The apartment is located in the "Biniforcat" apartment complex, which has a community pool and garden areas. From the pool there is a dirt road that leads to Cala en Forcat (200 meters). Located on the ground floor, fully equipped for 4 people, it consists of 2 double bedrooms (two single beds together in each room) with built-in closets, 1 full bathroom, a small kitchen with two stoves, and a living room. It has a washing machine. It has a 5 m2 terrace (with a small table and chairs), with direct access to the garden and pool. Ideal for spending your vacation on the island by the sea and enjoying your stay with family and friends. Guest access The complex has two community pools (one small and one medium). From the pool area you can access a dirt road that leads to Cala'n Forcat, a beautiful cove of platforms just 4 minutes away. Other things to note The price includes sheets and towels for the number of guests booked (they are not replaced, if you want to change sheets and extra cleaning during the stay, you must contract it separately) To facilitate arrival we leave 1 roll of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, 1 scouring pad, 1 cloth (these products are not replenished) The apartment is delivered scrupulously clean, disinfected and sterilized (mattresses). Any possible claim for a potential deficiency must be communicated within two hours of entry. Any breakdown must be reported immediately in order to facilitate its prompt solution.
