Designed for a family holiday, house located 250 meters from the sea, several beaches at this distance, the main one 600 meters away. Flower garden with terrace, braided resin garden furniture for 8 people, large umbrella , hammock, barbecue. The space Single storey house located at the end of a cul-de-sac at l 'Epine. Ideally located 300m from the sea and 600 meters from the village center, close to bike paths and 2km from Noirmoutier en l 'Ile. From the house, it is also possible to access the heart of the beautiful beach of Luzeronde by the bike paths through the salt marshes. The house includes a living room including a living room with a 160 sofa and 2 armchairs, a dining room table with extension cords for 8 to 10 people, a furnished and equipped American kitchen (oven, 4-burner electric hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster...). All the dishes, cookware, necessary utensils so as not to lack anything is available, including to cook and taste fish and seafood (tongs, crab peaks and wings, mussel plates, butters...). The house is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: the yellow room and the blue room are both equipped with a 140 bed and a large wardrobe. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds and a drawer bed as well as a large wardrobe. All mattresses and box springs are bultex and comfortable. I offer to those who wish to rent sheets (€10 per person per week upon prior request to be paid on site). The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink, storage furniture and electric towel dryer. One of the bathrooms was built (addition) in the garage adjoining the house that is accessed through the kitchen. In this garage is the washing machine, good fishing equipment on foot available (clams, shrimp, baskets...), beach games for children... The annex cottage located at the back of the garden is not accessible to tenants. The terrace and garden are very nice places to relax. The large south-facing terrace is equipped in season with a beautiful table (soaked glass top) and braided resin armchairs sheltered from the sun by a large remote umbrella. A hammock is also available. The garden is always beautifully flowered from spring to fall (hopper roses, blue hydrangeas, agapanthes, hibiscus, roses, Ceanotes...) and surrounded by a brew that allows you to have no vis-à-vis with the surrounding gardens. Many activities are possible on the island (Oceanile, swimming pool, Sealand Aquarium, visit of the salt marshes, cycling, water activities, fishing, sail float, shipbuilding museum, butterfly island, shows, entertainment ...) Guest access 2 parking spaces are reserved for accommodation. Guests have full access to the accommodation except the annex cottage located at the end of the garden.
