Bournemouth Luxury Apartment (sleeps 2 to 4)

Welcome to our apartment in Bournemouth. The accommodation is in a new development within a historic building and is situated just 5 minutes walk from West Cliff Beach, Bournemouth Town Centre, the International Centre, the Odeon Cinema and a great selection of restaurants. It is ideal for families with children or couples visiting the many attractions of Bournemouth as everything is within easy walking distance - there is also allocated parking at the property for 1 car (via a permit). The space The apartment is in a historic house which was originally built in 1867 by a wealthy mine owner as a private residence known as ‘Moseley Dean’. In November 2017 it was converted into 8 self-contained, luxury apartments – so all fixtures, fittings and furnishings are new. Guest access The apartment is fully equipped with a 50" LG Ultra HD TV, bluetooth sound-bar, DVD player and selection of DVDs, TVs in both bedrooms, a range of board games, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer / dryer, iron and ironing board. The mattresses in the 2 bedrooms are both luxury memory foam with egyptian boutique quality cotton percale bed linen and LilySilk, silk filled duvets. Other things to note Please note that for bookings of 4 people or less we will assume use of the 2 double beds in the 2 bedrooms. Thank you.
