Room 90 seconds walk to Monash Uni

Rare room available on Beddoe Ave, the only street literally next to Monash University. About 90 seconds walk to Monash University Clayton campus. It's perfect if you have anything to do with Monash University (either as a visitor or as a student). Note that this is a female household with shared areas including bathrooms, so only female applicants please. The space The house is newly renovated (in 2015), so most things are new. Guest access Along with the room, a guest can access all shared areas, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. Two full-sized refrigerators are available, for sharing between everyone in the house. During your stay I am happy to help with general advice, transport and shopping advice, how to find any other amenities, and so on. Other things to note The house is shared with a few other female tenants, most of whom are students at Monash University.
