Lovely Converted Train Carriage/ Garden Studio

Lovely rustic train carriage, built in 1914 and since converted into cosy and comfortable accomodation. The carriage accommodates one or two guests, with a queen size bed. Self sufficient, the carriage has a bathroom, microwave and small fridge. A private space, the carriage is nestled at the back of the property amongst the trees and garden. You will have direct access, with parking in the carport at the end of the driveway. Ballan train station is a 7 minute walk from the property. The space The carriage is situated at the back of the back of the garden. We live on the property in a small miners cottage at the front. The garden is available for guests to enjoy. Guest access You can access the carriage directly by driving directly down the driveway, and parking in the carport. Other things to note Tea and coffee provided, as well as fresh towels and linen.
