Beautiful cottage located in the south of Mallorca, between the towns of Campos and Santanyí, just 10 minutes from the most spectacular beaches of the island such as Es Trenc, Cala Mondragó... The space This beautiful cottage has a very rustic and Mallorcan essence although it has all the necessary amenities to make your stay unforgettable. Decorated with great taste and attention to the last detail, they will make you feel comfortable in it from the first moment you enter. The house has 180 m² built. The property is fenced for guest safety and has a doorman and autonomous barrier for convenience. At the entrance of the house there is an area where you can leave the cars next to the house full of olives and plants. Entering the house you already find a large hall with many details of decor that make it very cozy. On the ground floor we will find a large living room, in one area there are 3 sofas, satellite TV, board games, stereo, books... where to spend good times during the stay and in the other area there is a very cozy dining room. There is also a large fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, countertop with 4 burners, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster... in addition to all the utensils needed to prepare and enjoy meals. Even though there is also a table in the kitchen for some meals, the kitchen is connected via an American bar with the dining area described above. On the ground floor there is also a cozy room with two single beds larger than the standard ones (they measure 110cm each) and a fully equipped bathroom with shower. On the top floor we find two double bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed, these two bedrooms have a private terrace overlooking the countryside and the pool, the views are especially nice at night with the lights on on the terrace. Upstairs there is also a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub. From the living room downstairs we can access a covered terrace with a dining table in addition to having sofas where you can relax. The pool is larger than the usual ones in this type of houses and is 6 meters wide by 12 meters in length which will allow you to have some fun. Next to the pool we find a large terrace area with shades and sunbeds and very large areas of lawn where the little ones can have fun and the older ones relax. The whole outside has numerous plants and palm trees that make the atmosphere and views very pleasant. In the back of the terrace there is also a covered area where we find the barbecue, a table where you can make meals, a bathroom with shower, as well as an outdoor shower. It's one of the most acclaimed areas of our guests. The house also has wifi connection and areas where you can work with computers if needed. The house has air-conditioning and heating machines. Important: To preserve the environment and avoid misuse of energy, you must pay an amount of €10 per day to be able to use the air conditioning / heating service.
