Free usage of WiFi and TV box with Netflix where guests can enjoy unlimited TV entertainment. Guest access Common area i.e. living room, kitchen, dining area and balcony will be shared with other guests. Other things to note -Grace Homestay is located on the 2nd floor with NO lift access hence walking the stairs is necessary. -The unit inside is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. -A refundable security deposit will be collected by the host before check in. -For the comfort of other guests, guests are not allowed to sleep on the couch in the living room.
