My little cozy beach retreat with central location

This is a light and airy space which has been tastefully decorated. Relax in a quiet tropical garden setting away from hustle and bustle. Or a short walk to beach for an early swim. Within walking distance to downtown The Mount. Suitable for short or mid term stays. Children are welcome. A 10min drive to Bayfair shopping mall. The space Mt Maunganui offers one of the best beaches in New Zealand. If you love water sports, or just hanging on the beach, this is a perfect location. Just a 3 minute stroll to the beach or 7 minutes into the main Mount Maunganui shopping centre. You will find a great selection of cafes, restaurants and bars. Also a good variety of boutique shopping. Bayfair mall a short drive away. Guest access Full self contained unit. The door is locked between levels. Welcome to park down the driveway to the left. There is no turnaround area so please note you will have to reverse back out driveway. I find it easier to back down driveway and drive up driveway when leaving. There is plenty of free parking on street as well. Other things to note There is no oven. However there is a large electric frypan, a microwave, a toaster and toasted sandwich maker. There is a clothesline through the gate on left at the back of property for guests to use. Also welcome to use picnic table on lawn.
