The space Exterior recently painted to freshen the curb appeal and blend in nicely with the Broad Ripple charm. Three bedrooms each with unique character. All 3 bedrooms are on the main floor. All beds are very comfortable. Recently renovated bathroom adds an additional charm on the main. Travel downstairs to a wonderful place to relax with your family and enjoy a movie or play a game. Second bathroom is downstairs and JUST recently renovated. Plenty of room throughout this special home to spread out and decompress while in lovely Broad Ripple. The furnishings make this property feel like a home away from home! You will love it! Guest access Neighborhood is very quiet. Plenty of parking in the driveway at the house or on the street. Bring your bikes if you want. You can store them in the garage. Very close to The Monon Bike Trail. The house is secured by a keypad in the front and back door. You will receive your pin access code a day before your arrival. Other things to note If you would like to bring your bikes, you can safely store them in a locked garage behind the house.
