Private Main Queen Bedroom accomodates 2 guests. Walk-in closet has a microwave, minifridge, & coffee for your convenience. Unwind with a view from your second story windows into the park while soaking in your private hot jet bath or just kick your feet up and watch your favorite show. Feel free to relax in the basement family room or out in the huge backyard next to the lovely park with walking paths and pond. The second bedroom is ONLY vailable by booking 3rd and 4th guests. Hosts live in home The space 1 Queen Bedroom has a large bay window overlooking the park and mature yard that guests may freely use. Two guests can enjoy this large master bedroom with ensuite minifridge, microwave, coffee pot, TV, and a desk. Main floor and kitchen is not included and is private use only for the hosts. Bedroom #2 is ONLY available by adding 3 or 4 guests to your booking. Guest access Shared keyless entryway with code lock. Rooms are on the second level with carpeted stairs. Bedroom 1 is available for 1-2 guests. Bedroom 2 is available for an additional 1-2 guests in your party. Laundry closet in kitchen area. Walkout basement access to the large yard, basement patio, swing, outdoor dining, and campfire area. Direct access to Centennial Park from the back gate. Our main living room, kitchen, and deck spaces are for private use only. During your stay We want to help our guests feel at home and respect their need for privacy at the same time. We are an empty nest couple who work full time and one of us is usually around the house and available for questions or special requests. Other things to note We have white carpet throughout the house with space for footwear at the entries. Please use TV trays provided to try and help keep our linens and carpet stain-free.
