Our very large typical berlin style apartments are suitable for up to 8 people in 3 separate rooms. Our apartments are particularly suitable for families and groups of friends. Nice evenings together at the large kitchen table are guaranteed. In the living room there is a balcony from which you can see the Schoenhauser Allee. The apartments are in the front part of the building on floor 2-4. (without elevator). The space In the 3 rooms there are in total of 8 single beds, which can also be combined to form double beds. In the heart of the apartment is the kitchen with a large dining table, all sorts of cookware, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and so on. Both bathrooms have a shower and a toilet. The living room has a cozy lounge area with a TV. There is also a TV in the kitchen. Of course, WiFi is also available. Guest access The apartment is situated in the front part of the building. Each guest receives a key for the apartment and the building. All of our guests can use the entire apartment for themselves. Other things to note Included in the price is the cleaning of the apartment after your stay. Linen and towels are provided. We do offer cleanings and towel changes on a request basis subject to an extra charge. Baby bed and high chair will be provided upon request. We ask all groups (of more than 6 people that are not families) for a security deposit of 500€ to protect against damage and disturbances on arrival. This deposit will be returned upon departure if there were no such issues.
