Welcome to the naturist/libertine village of Cap D'Agde Naturist friends, libertine friends, We offer two small NATURIST guest rooms at our home, (so 3 rooms in total with ours) in a duplex located at the "Port Soleil" residence in the naturist district of Cap D'Agde. The accommodations in the Naturist district are modest in size and the duplex is no exception to the rule, thank you in advance for taking note. Naturism is mandatory in the apartment and at the pool The space Naturist friends, libertine friends, In a duplex composed of 3 small bedrooms, (including ours, we live there year-round, so we are present in the apartment), you book one of the two guest rooms located on the upper floor of the duplex. The residence's naturist pool is open seasonally. From May 26 to September 30, 2025 The volumes of the accommodations in the naturist village are restricted, our rooms are no exception to the rule, cute, pleasant, harmonious, friendly, but small. A shower and sink are built into each room. The toilet is shared and on the ground floor of the duplex. Your room is in the attic, it is lit and ventilated by a skylight with blind, controlled mechanical ventilation and air conditioning, the services are simple but sufficient for your restorative "naps". Although it has a 140 x 190 bed, we recommend this room for people who do not have too much luggage. Your room is of course exclusive but the rest of the duplex is common to the 3 bedrooms (except the sofa and kitchen which are private. You do not have access to this) Naturism is required in the duplex. (Sarong tolerated for women). Nudity is mandatory at the pool. Simple breakfast is self-service and included, make yourself at home. A small terrace common to the three bedrooms is available for breakfasts in the sun, afternoon rest or small aperitifs between us. This is the most used common space. The terrace is for smokers, no smoking in the bedrooms or the apartment. We want a "friendly" and family atmosphere, where good humor rhymes with pleasure without the notion of libertinism intervening between us and the guests. The duplex is located in the "Port soleil" residence in the naturist district of Cap D'Agde. Quiet and family residence The residence is located in a quiet area, at the foot of the port, with all the shops in the immediate vicinity, clubs, bar, sauna, restaurant, store, food, tobacco, bakery (without being disturbed by the nightlife) Unlike renting an apartment, all linens are provided, the bed is made and you do not have to worry about cleaning at the end of your stay. Your only concern will be to choose your finest outfits and head to the party. Concerned about your comfort, we allow you to occupy the room until 12:00 p.m.!!!!! Check-in is possible from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Free and unlimited parking in the village. Entry into the naturist area is extra, card to be taken at the entrance office (16 euros for 1 to 3 days) PLEASE NOTE: YOU CANNOT HAVE GUESTS IN THE ROOM OR COOK, or eat in the duplex and bedrooms. Breakfast aside, you can't have your meals in the duplex or bedroom. See you soon... During your stay Resident year-round in the duplex, we know the neighborhood perfectly and will be happy to guide you on the right tips according to your wishes for your stay and especially to advise and guide you. Other things to note The meeting place is in front of the 0'Caprice restaurant, Port Soleil residence, between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., by notifying us 1 hour in advance, you must go through the entrance office of the naturist village by presenting your Airbnb reservation to benefit from the preferential tenant rate (16 euros for 1 to 3 days) Registration Details AGD3973HTV
