393 Riverivys is a family home, overlooking the river creeks and river islands with an amazing view. It is only 2 km from the Kandy central clock tower and the historic attractions of Kandy city. We are conveniently located in a residential area between five star hotels, as well as trendy pubs, the honeypot restaurant including activities such as boat riding, fishing, watching elephants bath or watching cultural shows. Indeed it is a place for simply chilling on or your private balcony. The space we offer four large bedrooms with private balconies for each. We accommodate a maximum of 12 guests so we can give a personalised service. 1. Two well ventilated and spacious double bed rooms, one triple room and a family room for five. All en-suite with hotwater, shower and fans along with extra wide and long king size double beds. The rooms sizes are very spacious and even larger Balconies for dining and enjoying the view. The breathtaking view of the flowing river cannot be missed. The balcony areas has its own dining and sitting area. The family room is en-suite with three extra long beds, two doubles and one single. The room is large and suits a family of five. please refer to photos for this space. It has a very large private balcony too (22x11 feet) There is also a lobby area which is common. Generally your room space, lobby and garden is accessible to all guests. The basement floor is private. A breakfast is included and will be served at a your very own a dining table. There is free WiFi too. There is public transport to the city centre as well as the regular tuktuks running literally to any destination you desire. We can assist you with transport planning or finding suitable hire vehicles at reasonable costs. We will also give you more information of the variety of place to dine or if required. The area is exciting and interesting with lotad of places to eat and drink including two five star hotels. Guest access The garden, lobby and passage ways. ( road level). During your stay We will be available on request. However, we will leave our guests to have their freedom and privacy. There will always be someone however at all times throughout your stay to attend to any immeadiate request and needs you may have. Other things to note This is a very quiet location. You will hear the sound of birds chirping and flowing water. We are very close to the city centre but blessed with amazing nature at the rear.
