Lovely summer house, situated high and with an unparalleled view of the Lammefjord - with the sky and water as an ever-changing painting. Enjoy the sunset over the fjord while you grill on the patio, or try the wilderness bath on a cold starry winter night, or a hot summer day. The space The house has wooden deck around most of the house. To the south is the terrace in sun and shelter, and with a covered area, which can be expanded using the awning. To the west and north there are views of the Lammefjord and a large natural area with coast and beach meadow. The house has a large combined dining and living room with a wood-burning stove, from which there is a great view of the water. From late March to mid-September, it is possible to watch the sunset over the fjord. There are two bedrooms with double beds, each consisting of 2 90x200 cm beds (one double bed is with mounted gable, so this is not straight to separate to two single beds), as well as a bunk bed room for the children with sea views from the upper bunk and 140cm double bed including + 2 sleeping places in traditional bunk beds. Even though there are 9 sleeping places, the house of 92m2 is probably best suited for e.g. 4 adults + 4-5 children, or 6-7 adults. Well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, fridge with separate 92 ltr. freezer, as well as both regular filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsule machine with milk frother. Outside there is a large lawn for games with two swings and a slide, as well as a shelter with a fire pit. From the corner of the grounds, there is a direct descent to Kisserup Beach which is very child-friendly, but not sandy beach. A few hundred meters west from the decline, in summer there is a long jetty to deeper water, where you can swim on sand reefs. Ideal summerhouse for families with children, anglers and nature lovers. Firewood for the wilderness bath, wood-burning stove and fireplace, is in nets in the shelter, and can be purchased for DKK 75 per bag. Please note that in the winter, the wilderness bath cannot be used. There is an infrared sauna for 3 people, which is mounted in the shelter overlooking the Lammefjord. It is electric and does not get as hot as a normal sauna, but only 40-50 degrees depending on the outside temperature. The consumption is only 2080 watts, so it is very economical for a traditional sauna. The house is equipped with red CEE plug so that electric car charger can be connected. If notified at least 2 weeks before arrival, I can arrange for access to type 2 charging box with up to 11kW of charge. Electricity and water are charged separately at DKK 5.50/kWh and 80 DKK/m3. This can be done through Airbnb at the end of the stay. The address is registered for the "green stream" or subscription. The price for cleaning is 950, - DKK. The lawn gets mowed about once a week, on different days, which should be acceptable. Linen package can be rented for 200, - DKK per person. Consisting of: Large and small towel, bed linen as well as dishcloth and dishcloth. Note: No party/smoking in the house. Smoking indoors will incur a cleaning fee of DKK 3000 and expulsion from the house. Feel free to smoke outdoors and any ashtray should stay outdoors as well. Of course, you are also welcome to celebrate events without loud music and noise. Not rented to youth groups (people under 26 years of age), or groups only with men. Dog allowed, but no puppies. Guest access There is ample space for parking, of which there is a covered parking space for 2 cars at the front door.
