The space The IUL guest house is cozy and small, with an atmosphere of ease and warmth, where every guest, whether a tourist or a businessman who has arrived in St. Petersburg, can feel at home, feel the coziness and comfort of a modern environment. We offer spacious, ergonomic, comfortable rooms, the interior of which is made in calm colors, which will create a feeling of summer mood at any time of the year. The windows of our guest house face a quiet courtyard, which will allow you to relax after long walks in the Northern Capital. The rooms have a separate spacious toilet room with heated floors, which has a shower, hairdryer and cosmetic accessories. The rooms are equipped with all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay: LCD TV, kettle, fridge, kitchenette with a small set of dishes and a safe for storing valuables. Free high-speed internet (Wi-Fi) is available throughout our guest house. If you plan to arrive in St. Petersburg by car, don't worry, there is free parking next to us, where you can always find a place for your car. Other things to note Each room has an LCD TV, kitchenette, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, small set of dishes, drinking water, and a set of towels. In the private bathroom you will find: hairdryer, shower sets and underfloor heating. Tea, coffee, sweets and cookies are always available free of charge in the common area of the hall. You can always use the ironing facilities and washing machine.
