AL AIRE DEL MAR - DREAMS Loft-style apartment with large windows facing the estuary and the bridge. It has great views and lots of light, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the surroundings in the garden. It has a double bed and a sofa bed, so it is perfect for a couple with a child. Two of them, symmetrical, ESW orientation, are loft type and have a living-dining-kitchen, bedroom with a 1.60 bed and bathroom. The third, NW orientation, also has a living-dining room-kitchen, separate bedroom, with a 1.60 bed and bathroom. All three have direct access to the garden, have large windows and are very bright and sunny, with spectacular views of the estuary and the bridge, directly from the two loft apartments (olas and sueños), enjoying the views from inside the accommodation and side view from the alas apartment, enjoying the views from the garden. Although the garden has no physical boundaries between the apartments, each guest likes to enjoy their privacy so normally each one will enjoy their front facade without invading the space of the others, except on the paths to access each apartment. The property has private parking spaces. SUSTAINABILITY AND ENVIRONMENT The building meets all the characteristics of a bioclimatic and sustainable home due to its orientation, low energy consumption systems, perfect insulation, the use of renewable energy and the green areas of the property and the environment, leaving the home perfectly integrated into nature. Likewise, the apartments have high quality 100% cotton linen; some furniture recovered and others made with forestry systems; LED lighting throughout the house to help the environment. Guest access The garden area and parking accessible to guests is perfectly clear and delimited. It is the area corresponding to the ground floor of the house and is on the same level, not being able to access the garden area of the first floor of the house. Likewise, each apartment has its outdoor furniture on its facade front and this is the one that must be occupied to preserve the privacy of the rest of the guests staying. Other things to note To prevent possible infections due to Covid-19, in addition to the thorough cleaning that has always been carried out, the entire house will also be disinfected to reduce the risk of infection or spread of the virus as much as possible.
