The luxurious villa with a private pool is located in the beautiful bay of Pag, with breathtaking views of the sea. It features open space living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms and 3 terraces. Just few steps away from many beautiful beaches, old town city center and plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. The bright living space with huge glass panels offer every comfort you'll need. Open space living and dining rooms feature bespoke, hand crafted furniture. Sofa bed is available for 2 persons. Kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances and the crockery and cutlery you might need. You'll find double sided fridge with an ice maker and water dispenser, oven, cook top, range hood, espresso machine, blender/smoothie maker, pop-up toaster, sandwich maker, mixer, kettle and immersion blender. Bedrooms feature bespoke boxspring beds and highest quality cotton linens to ensure maximum comfort. Beds are king size (180x200) but there is an option for all single beds (90x200). Three bedrooms have en-suite bathroom while the fourth has an adjacent bathroom. All bathrooms are equipped with large walk-in shower, toilet and sinks. There is a separate toilet where the washing machine is situated. The outdoor area consists of a lounge terrace, pergola with a dining table and summer kitchenette with grill and pool area with sun loungers to ensure maximum comfort and wonderful summer evenings. Ground floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor are three bedrooms and a large terrace. Bed linens and towels are provided. Guest access Our guests staying at the villa rent the entire property and have access to all facilities and services on the property. Pool is private and only used by guests staying at the villa.
