This accommodation is adjoining ours and located on a pretty wooded square. The land is enclosed and allows secure parking for a car or van; it consists of an entrance, a kitchen equipped with a fridge, 2 induction cooktops, a microwave etc..., a large living room with a wood fireplace on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and possibility of a 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor. The space The accommodation is part of a typical Ile-de-France house built in the 18th and 19th centuries and completely renovated, surrounded by a garden with trees and flowers, accessible to guests of course and equipped with a barbecue... the living area reserved for guests occupies 80 m2 and they can occupy the terrace with garden furniture and the part of the garden that extends their accommodation. There is possibly a third attic bedroom on the 2nd floor for work colleagues or families of 5 people. The property is located in a quiet area. Guest access You have access to the rooms indicated in the description and to the garden and its furnished terrace. Other things to note If only two people occupy the accommodation, they share the large bedroom equipped with a double bed or two twin beds according to their choice.... IN ADDITION, IF THEY WANT TO OCCUPY BOTH ROOMS, THEY WILL BE ASKED FOR A "CLEANING" SUPPLEMENT when they only stay two nights. There is also a bed that can be installed in the large room, a child's chair and a chest full of toys!
