The best part of this apartment is the huge living room with panoramic windows which open up to the spectacular views of the valley. We don't let out rooms individually and the whole apartment is let out at once as the living space and the terrace is common. There is an independent staircase to the house. The house is enabled with high speed broadband, cable TV , sound system with Aux connectivity with most the HD english and hindi entertainment and sports channels , effective heaters, hot water bottles, hot running water and other facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We also provide HOT FRESHLY PREPARED MEALS at the apartment for the on advance notice. The meals are prepared by our LOCAL INHOUSE CHEF just below the apartment. The meals can be customized for you if you are VEGAN, JAIN or to accommodate for any ALLERGIES etc. Just let our Manager know who can get it done. In case sometime you wanna cook yourself you still have access to our fully functional kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave etc. Reaching us - The apartment building has parking sufficient for a big car or even a traveler - You can follow the maps location ( the apricot Mashobra on g maps )and reach the property - The apartment is located just off the state highway road - The drive to Mashobra is considered very pretty - We have tie-ups with local cab drivers and we can help you plan your trip to our hills :) - Ask me for recommendations on what to eat and see We keep adding stuff as requested by guests so make sure we are only improving :) Guest access Guests will have absolute access to everything in the house. Laze around on cozy couches in the Living room , pick a book to read along with the clouds that often are at the same level as you. Bring along your favorite movies or seasons on your USB and watch them on the TV. Sip your morning coffee on the swing overlooking the valley. Access the dining space and the kitchen for a lovely meal. We have a very functional renovated modular kitchen with electronics like Fridge , Microwave , Induction etc to do just that, additionally if your too lazy to step out , the caretaker can help you with the groceries. There are a couple of restaurants nearby which offer home delivery above a minimum amount of rs 350 so forget the food blues and enjoy the view. Properties in Shimla are old and a lot of them have outdated uncomfortable bathrooms, Our apartment is recently renovated to have sparkling bathrooms with high end Kohler fittings. We make sure we are there for you all along while your staying over at our home :) Other things to note No surprise policy for additional services - Indoor fireplace wood ( 800 per filling ) - Decoration and tours and travels can be arranged on an extra cost - The caretaker can help with the groceries so you dont have to step out for chores (You can tip him for it, suggested trip 50 rs per trip made to the market) - Driver boarding charges are 1000 rs a day The maid is paid to clean and dust the house only, we request you to clean the utensils as you use. If you need the maid to help you clean , please tip her accordingly. We like being fair and square, no hidden charges ever :) If the staff brings to our attention time taking cleaning chores after you have left, we might request cleaning charges.
