The annexe is situated in the heart of the Somerset Levels , well above any flood land and easily accessed from the M5 and A303. Completely self contained, it is the ideal base for exploring the region. Located in the village of Curry Rivel, you are in walking distance of convenience stores, garage, post office, and pub - serving coffee, meals, ales and cider. The ancient town of Langport is under 2 miles away and Glastonbury, Wells and Taunton within easy reach. The space Back and available for rent after being painted throughout in January 2025! The Annexe is a completely private, self contained space, with off road parking for one vehicle immediately outside. There is an external socket (13A) available for car charging at a small extra cost. A key safe enables guests to check in independently. On entering there are pegs to hang coats and remove shoes. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, hanging rail, vanity unit with lit mirror and hairdryer, full length mirror and under bed storage. A roof window with an electronic opening and closing mechanism lets air and light in, and an electronically controlled blind provides darkness at night. One door leads from the bedroom to the ensuite shower room and another to a corridor with the back door to outside and another door through which the cosy kitchen/ sitting room can be reached. This is a sunny, south facing room overlooking the patio. The kitchen area is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. There is a cooker, microwave, cafetiere, washing machine, iron and airer. A tumble drier can be accessed from the property by arrangement and at a small extra charge. Broadband and Sky TV, providing most channels except sky sport are feely available. The floor space of the property is approx. 28 sq metres/ 300sq ft From the back door guests have access to a private, enclosed patio area with table, chairs, lighting and washing line. There is a rear entrance to the property and bikes can be stored easily under cover if required. Guest access Access is through the front door of the annexe. There is a key safe so guests can check in independently. The back door of the annexe leads to a south facing patio area, with pergola, table and chairs. It is fenced off from the main garden next door for privacy. There is also rear access for bike storage either on the patio or in a locked garage should that be required. Other things to note We have a small, friendly dog who runs freely in our back garden next door to the annexe garden. She cannot access the annexe patio so is always at a distance. Having carpeted most areas, we ask guests to remove their shoes on entry. Thank you The annexe was decorated throughout in Jan 2025, a fresh start for the new year. The property is strictly no smoking or vaping of any kind throughout.
