A newly built flat in a completely refurbished historical building located at the heart of Lisbon’s city center and within walking distance from the bars of Bairro Alto, the fancy restaurants of Principe Real and the high street shops of Baixa. Although central, the area is very quiet and extremely pleasant. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has great views over Lisbon from it's sunny balcony. There is a lift in the building. The space We are a German / Brazilian couple dividing our time between Hamburg, Lisbon and Brazil. We love coming down to Lisbon to relax & recharge. With that intention in mind we created our small sanctuary, that we would like to share with you when we aren’t around. Our newly built apartment in the heart of Lisbon has a lift for easy access. Inside you will find a beautiful bedroom with air-conditioning/heating, inbuilt wardrobes, a comfortable bed and typical Portuguese wooden balcony doors to completely darken the room for a great night of sleep. The living/dining area is very spacious and well decorated, has an air-conditioning/heating, high quality 140x200 sofa bed and a large flat screen TV with the possibility to connect to Netflix and Spotify. The balcony covers the whole length of the apartment and can be accessed from both the bedroom and living/dining room. It is blessed with great views over the city, a glimpse of the Tejo River and amazing morning sun where you can have breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove, oven, microwave and kettle. Alexandra is an Yoga instructor and loves to practice it in the morning, when the sun is shining through our living room. Carlos got into surfing a few years back. Around Lisbon, there are some of his favourite spots. He wrote a few tips for beginners & intermediates in the information booklet you can find in the flat, in case you feel the urge to catch some waves. To ensure compliance with Portuguese law with the declaration of foreigners at the border police SEF, this establishment requires Online Check-in through its own channel, which may ask the tourist for an image of the identity document and/or a photograph.
