Cozy and clean apartment, on the 4th floor. Very quiet place. As a host, I pay great attention to cleaning and cleanliness after each guest. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for comfort and convenience. There is no TV in the apartment😬, but there is excellent WiFi. The neighbors are very quiet, the large window in the bedroom overlooks the green area. The apartment is sunny, cozy, and quiet. There is a large open balcony. For traveling with a child, a stroller (folding Yoya stroller) can be provided on request. There is no elevator.
