Rustic living in the Melcherhof

The Melcherhof is a 200-year-old rustic farmhouse about 1.8 km from Mayrhofen in the tranquil village of Burgstall. The rooms are simple but cozy and clean. On the ground floor and on the 1st floor there is a shared shower. The shared toilets are also on the ground floor. In the cozy farmhouse kitchen you can prepare your breakfast. Refrigerator available. The kitchen is not available for cooking. 2 parking spaces are provided in front of the house. The space In front of the house there is a covered outdoor porch to linger overlooking the Ahorn (2970 m). There is a foosball table on the first floor. Wi-Fi available. Guest access The guest room may be used for breakfast or social gatherings! At this point I would like to point out again that celebrations (bachelor parties, birthday parties... etc) are not allowed and desired!! In the event of violations, I will immediately terminate the relationship and expel the guests from the house. That's a shame, but I've been taught my lesson repeatedly. Due to the limited possibilities, the kitchen is only available for the preparation of breakfast in summer! During your stay We are always available via cell phone and there is always someone in the house upon arrival. We will tell you and show you everything important when you arrive. Other things to note Please remember to wear slippers! Wearing street shoes or ski/snowboard shoes is not permitted. Quiet hours start at 11 PM!!
