Inside the cottage you'll find a spacious but cosy living room with log burner leading to a large kitchen diner and utility room. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath and shower. Outside we have a small courtyard overlooking open countryside. To the side of the cottage you'll find parking for 2 cars and a large garden (approx 200 ft) leading down to the River Allen. The cottage is close to the dramatic North Cornwall coastline and its fantastic beaches, the ancient castle of Tintagel and the King Arthur legends, the picturesque village of Boscastle and the pretty fishing village of Port Isaac. The Camel Trail, a 17 mile, traffic free cycle track, Rock and Padstow and the beautiful sandy beach at Daymer Bay are all within easy reach. For surf lovers Polzeath, Newquay and Bude are only a short drive away. Cornwall's historic houses, Lanhydrock and Pencarrow are close by. If you're a golfer, nearby Bowood, St Kew and St Enodoc all offer challenging 18 hole courses. Don't forget for a day out you can always drive down to the stunning Heligan Gardens, the Eden Project or the Tate gallery.
