The space Discover this spectacular 208 m² house on the Costa Brava, ideal for families. With a 500 m² private garden, 4x7.5 m pool, barbecue area and gazebo under pergola, it offers incredible sea views and maximum tranquility. With a capacity for 6 people (expandable to 8 with prior notice), the house is distributed over three floors: Upper floor: living-dining room with fireplace and large terrace, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge), double room with 2 beds of 110x200 cm, full bathroom with large shower and laundry area with washing machine, extra fridge and iron. Middle floor: two bedrooms with 160x200 cm beds and exit to the garden, a living room with a double sofa bed and another full bathroom with shower. Direct access to the lower garden with terrace and lemon tree. Ground floor: private garage with automatic door (for 1 large car or 2 small cars). Not suitable for tall vehicles or vans. Boats are not allowed to park. It has two entrances: one from the garage and another by a shared side staircase that leads to the upper level.
