We arrived early and it was still being cleaned, but we were allowed to leave our bags and return in a few hours - when we got there it was spotlessly clean and all in perfect working order. The furnishings are modern, and the kitchen relatively well equipped. The only things we would have liked to have also had are a kettle and a little more cleaning equipment like a dustpan and brush. The only real negative is the local area; the majority of the surrounding buildings lie derelict which isn't very pleasant. That said, there is an upside that there is very little noise to keep you up at night. Despite some language barriers, the landlord was very helpful and welcoming, and even got someone on the phone to explain some things for me.
