This unit is brand new built and just finished construction on January 2019. Featuring queen size bed with a beautiful wood tiles through out the unit and a porch. The bathroom feature vanity with marble sink and a big walk in shower. This unit also has air condition and hot water heater. The space We right off the highway and 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Tubod San Juan sanctuary beach which is the #1 snorkeling and scuba diving in the island. We are also located right across from Coco Grove Beach Resort. Guest access Our guest has all access to our restaurant and function hall or venue Area to eat, watch tv, used WiFi and relax. Other things to note The island suffer from a blackouts time to time. We have a generator in stand by ready to used Incase the electricity is out to make sure our guest will have to go through the inconvenience.
