Located at Trees Residences. Walking distance to Fairview Terraces, SM Fairview, and other restaurants which is convenient for your stay! The condominium includes amenities such as swimming pool, basketball court, and also parks and garden. The unit has wifi access, as well as HDTV with netflix, youtube, discovery+ and many more! Other things to note The unit has a single bed with pull out bed and 2 extra mattress to accomodate 4 guests. Make sure to send a picture of your valid ID with address (front and back), to my email as this is required by the condominium to let you in. I’ll be sending my email through the chat box. A security deposit of 1000 pesos should be given on the day of check-in, and this will be refunded if there are no damages in the unit upon check-out. This will be checked by the person assigned to you. Please do handle the items in the unit with care. Any damage should be compensated and this would depend on the price of the item. Check-in is at 2:00-4:00pm; please note that we cannot accomodate you at an earlier time because there may be people before you who booked the unit. So the time before 2pm will be used to clean the room. If you’re early, you can wait at the lobby area. * If Check-in is later than 4pm, please inform us at least 8 hours before *Check-out is strictly at 12:00nn The use of swimming pool in the condominium has a ticket. So if you would like to avail it, inform me before check in so that I can purchase it beforehand. Otherwise, you can purchase in by yourself from the admin. Note that the admin is open only during Mondays to Saturdays office hours (Saturdays only half day), and not open on Sundays and holidays. -150 per head on a regular day -300 per head on a holiday NOTE: only 2 people per unit are allowed to swim; we can buy for you from other unit owners so that you can swim together, but they sell it for 180 pesos on a regular day and 330-350 on holidays. For parking rates (3 choices): 1st come 1st serve basis. Notify me beforehand so that I can purchase the ticket for you. Otherwise, you can purchase it from the admin on your own. Note that as stated above, the admin is open only during Mondays to Saturdays office hours (Saturdays only half day), and not open on Sundays and holidays. 1) On premises ticket by the condominium - 250 pesos per day - disadvantage is when you remove your car, your slot will be taken and you would have to pay another ticket when parking your car again. Your parking area would depend if there are available slots, so it could be near or far from the tower. The guards will guide you. 2) On premises parking slot leased by other unit owners - 250/300/350 pesos per day; this would depend on which owner has their parking slot available - this parking slot is located at the tower or very near the tower, and the slot will not be taken even if you go out. It is a 24-hour parking space, so you can go back and forth without problems. It is the most hassle free choice, but the most expensive among the three if parking for 250 per day is not available. - please inform me at least a day before your check in so that I can coordinate with the parking owners. 3) Off premises is located at the entrance of the condominium, the commercial space. Landmark: alfa mart - 40 pesos first 2 hrs, then following hours is 10 pesos per hour. No ticket for this, you can just go to the area and see if there’s still a parking space. (off premises) Celebrations are okay, but please be mindful and don’t make too much noise as you’re still staying in a residential area. Thank you very much! I hope you will enjoy your stay! ❤️
