The space My 71 sqm. unit is well interior to maximize the space. It is located in a condominium community that has a great view of the mountain side of Baguio. The area is cool, breezy, and quiet to enjoy the nature of Baguio. You can wake up and see the spectacular sunrise while drinking hot coffee/chocolate either in my unit private balconies, or one can go up to the two common areas of Outlook Ridge which has a spectacular view. Living Area: Should one stay in, a 43" Android TV is provided with Cignal cable. Netflix, Disney+, and Youtube are available. WIFI internet by PLDT Fibr @300mbps. Kitchen: Comes fitted with a refrigerator, one induction plate, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster oven, coffee machine, and rice cooker. Utencils, pans, plates, cutlery are provided should you decide to stay in and cook your meals. Just provide your consumables. All faucets are supplied with Hot and cold water via a storage tank water heater that gives you a nice hot shower or just washing the plates or your hands. Bathroom: Please bring your own Toiletries. Bath towel & Toilet paper are provided. Should there be common shampoo and body soap available in the shower area, your more than welcome to use them. Once accepted, you will be given house rules, and all guest must be registered, and if you will be driving up, 1 dedicated parking slot is available.
