Nice, fully equipped studio, a 2-minute walk from the beach and the center, in a small, quiet residential complex. Everything is ready for you to enjoy the pleasures of the sea as soon as you arrive: the beds are made, towels, dish towels, and basic products (dishwashing liquid, etc.) are provided + 1 welcome kit: coffee capsules, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc. The place is great for 2, possibly for 4 (good-quality sofa bed) Flexible check-in (until 11:00 p.m.) Free parking (see conditions) The space Just a short walk from the beach and the main street, restaurants, shops, the movie theater, and the square, this quiet studio is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a peaceful apartment building. You will be able to fully enjoy our charming seaside resort without having to use your vehicle. The studio is composed of a 15 m² living room/kitchenette, a 6 m² bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, vanity unit, and toilet. Plenty of games and books are available for your use. On request, you can have a baby cot with a mattress and a high chair for your baby. Guest access The entire studio is available for your use, as well as a grassy area at the back of the residence. Other things to note From July 1 to August 31, minimum booking = 5 nights. Parking is paid from April 1st to September 30th in almost the entire resort. There is a flat fee of €30 per week.
