The space This apartment is converted from a one-bedroom house with a large living-dining room to a two-bedroom house with a smaller living room, as the dining area is completely isolated with a three-leaf wooden door with glass and blackout curtains. The dining area is equipped with a sofa bed that serves either as a food seat or as a bed, single or double bed. The sofa in the living room sleeps a fifth person if needed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, workspace, as well as a small but inviting backyard with a dining table. The apartment is located at the ground floor of a small two-story residential building. Fast 100Mbps fiber optic wifi, Netflix, air conditioning and heating are provided, as well as a vault that fits a laptop.
