Water Front Getaway and pool

. Located right on the lake front on the beautiful central coast, this peaceful house with amazing views is the perfect getaway. With water views from all areas including the main bedroom you'll feel right at home. With patrolled beaches only 10 minutes drive away, kayaks available for the lake, push bikes to go exploring with and amazing walk/cycleway right your back gate it's the perfect place for a break. The house has plenty of room The space This beautiful lake front house with a swimming pool is in the perfect location for a peaceful getaway with plenty of fun activities for everyone. The house has been recently updated and we have worked hard to ensure it is comfortable and luxurious. It's got very easy access with a lock box with the code provided after you book. You enter the house through the back door (you will figure this out quickly because there is no front door at the front of the house!). The main bedroom is complete with a massive window overlooking the lake, built in wardrobe with safe and a giant King Bed with a mattress so comfy you will want to lay in bed and watch the birds on the water all day. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with luxurious linen. There is space to hang clothes and plenty of room to unpack with a tallboy dresser. The 3rd and downstairs bedroom looks straight out to the lake with amazing views of the water. There is a queen bed. There is room for hanging things a another large tallboy dresser. . The final sleeping area is the downstairs living area. The sofa easily pulls out to a very comfortable double bed. The views from this bed also look straight out onto the lake and the room can be made completely dark with blinds or you can look out the huge glass sliding door to the trees, grass, birds and lake. The kitchen is fully functional with olive oil, spices, salt, pepper and vinegar provided. There is everything you need to prepare a feast or a simple meal. The kitchen is combined with a dining and living area that look out to a balcony through two massive floor to ceiling windows and a big glass sliding door that can be opened right up. This allows for groups and families to all be together while relaxing and preparing food. The gigantic deck is the perfect place to relax, read a book in the hammock or prepare a dinner to eat on the deck overlooking the water. There is a BBQ to cook on as well. With an undercover area you able to enjoy outdoors in all weather. There is a recently updated bathroom with new shower and in the second bathroom there is a full laundry and a massive spa bath. Being right on the water gives this house a beautiful peaceful vibe. It's relaxing to watch the all the different types of birds come and go. There are always black swans on the lake right out front, plenty of ducks and of course gorgeous kookaburras that sit on the clothesline. There is also so much to do! With a lakefront path that goes all the way around the lake it's very easy to fill the day without getting in the car. You can go for walks or bike rides along the lake to Budgewoi for lunch or a coffee, take the kayaks out on the lake and explore, ride to the nearby (5 minutes on the bike) San Remo Coles and get ingredients to make dinner or pick up dinner from one of the restaurants. The house is 20 minutes from the Entrance where you can go and see the pelicans be fed an choose from a big range of restaurants, bars and shops. There is the beautiful lighthouse to visit with gorgeous walks along the beach, coast line and lakes as well as bike paths. We wanted to provide a wonderful holiday home with everything you will need to have a brilliant time. We have developed a little activity folder that outlines everything you need to know about the house and it's facilities and activities/places to visit in the local area that we leave at the house for guests. We have also provided a small selection of holiday novels and good selection of board games. Guest access You will have full access to the house and all it's amenities including a body board, 8 Ft foam surfboard, 3 seater kayak, 1 seater kayak, paddles for the boats, 3 pushbikes and all required safety equipment (helmets and like jackets).
