Newly renovated 150 sqm stone detached house with private garden located at the end of a small village at the foot of the Tuscan Apennines. Surrounded by nature for those who love to enjoy fantastic landscapes and tranquility, a short distance from the beaches of Versilia, the Cinque Terre and the art cities of Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Parma. Ideal for hiking and mountain biking lovers. Together with Cà Toni, 2 other structures form a one-of-a-kind accommodation complex. The space The house has a large living room complete with a corner sofa, a restored antique trunk to use as a container, and a TV. The dining area is complete with a fridge, oven, moka coffee maker, gas stove, kettle, kitchen utensils/crockery, restored antique sideboard, and a square walnut table complete with chairs. In the room there are two single beds with pull-out drawers, a set of blankets and pillows, and a suspended wooden structure with hangers. The bathroom is complete with toilet, walk-in shower, hairdryer and set of towels for each guest, iron and washing machine. Upstairs, which can be accessed both internally with a suspended wooden staircase and externally with a secondary entrance, is the bedroom with a double bed, set of blankets and pillows, dresser, mirror and wooden structure with hangers. The bathroom is complete with toilet, walk-in shower, hairdryer and towel set for each guest. Inside the property of the house there is a large fenced garden for the exclusive use of guests complete with umbrella, table and chairs, sun loungers. The swimming pool, included in the amenities, is shared with the other two properties we own, but a part of the relaxation area complete with sunbeds, umbrella, director's chair and coffee table is dedicated to each property.
