“La Cascina” is a farmhouse nestled in the Roero vineyards just a few kilometers from Alba, Asti and the area's main attractions. It has an apartment, a triple room and a double room. Arneis is our two-room apartment with a kitchen, a living room, and a double bedroom. Breakfast buffet is included in the price. The property was born as a wine cellar and during your stay you can taste our wines. Each room is equipped with all comforts with particular attention to green choices: we offer each guest "the mayor's water", the lights turn on with the magnetic card, we have eliminated all disposable products and we prefer dispensers and bulk products for both breakfast and bathroom courtesy kits. The apartment is on the first floor, where we also find the triple room and the breakfast room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a long stay. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed and the bedroom is very spacious. The property is completed by a panoramic terrace where you can enjoy tastings, relax and enjoy a splendid view of the hills and vineyards of the property. Guest access There is convenient parking in the courtyard of the Cascina where you can leave your car for free. Other things to note ➾ Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. ➾ Check-out time by: 10:00 a.m. To allow our best service, check-in time must be respected, however, we can arrange it together a few days before your arrival. IMPORTANT For Italian law during check-in: 》Each guest must provide a valid ID (i.e. identity card/passport) 》Pay the tourist tax of €3 per person per night.
