The Boardroom at The Beach House

Based upon a surfing theme this beachside apartment with sea glimpses is only 20 yards from the golden sand of a beautiful Cornish cove. A brand new space. Cleaned at a high standard following guidelines. A comfortable modern bedroom, a well equipped mini kitchen, breakfast bar & a luxury private en suite shower room. A terrace and BBQ area and safe private parking. A quiet beachside holiday base 2 miles from the harbour town of Falmouth and 100 yards from The Cove Restaurant and Bar. The space The Boardroom is set up with a King Sized 5 foot bed and a half kitchen which is ideal for preparing breakfast and snacks. It has a microwave with a grill facility, a kettle and toaster and a full size fridge with a small freezer compartment. There is a Smart TV in the apartment, please note it only offers Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, BBC iplayer, YouTube, ITV ect (THERE IS NO DIGITAL TV) we hope this doesn't put you of, as you can still access loads of movies, box sets, the news via the apps on TV. The bbq area & decking outside your apartment equipped with a table and chairs is for your use only. In addition, to the left of the driveway is a decking area equipped with wooden seating for all guests to use and this over looks the beach and is a lovely sunny spot to relax in. There are an array of fantastic sea and beachfront restaurants within a short distance and a host of takeaways if you want to stay in, or set up on the beach and enjoy the view while you eat. (Please note there is no cooker at The Boardroom and it is not set up for cooking substantial meals.) A gas barbeque is available for your stay at an additional cost and can be pre booked with Russell. A saucepan and frying pan are available for BBQ use if you want to cook up an al fresco feast. Kayak hire is available on site and can be pre booked with Russell at an hourly or half or full day rate. Singles each £15 per hour £40 half day (4 hours) £70 full day Doubles £25 per hour £60 half day (4hours) £90 full day. NB These are hired at your own risk and should you require insurance you should make the necessary arrangements before travel/ hire. For peace of mind, we would like to make all of our guests aware, we take pride in our high standards and part of this is following the Airbnb guidelines especially the cleaning routine to make sure everything is washed down and disinfected. To make sure our guests are comfortable and have a safe stay. - The bathroom Towel rail with come on between 6am - 8am & 6pm -8pm. Please be careful to not touch it with bear skin as as it gets very hot. * Early check in and late check outs can be arranged with Amber please message her when booking to arrange if needed, please note a service fee may apply. During your stay Amber is your host but she does not live in the house attached. She will be available to assist you throughout your stay and you can contact her via Airbnb messages or whats app or text message or phone call. Please be careful to not touch the towel rail with beat skin as it gets very hot. *Bbq hire is £10 for up to 3 days use or £20 for 4 to 7 days use (The barbecue must be returned clean or a cleaning surcharge of £15 will apply). Please note it only can be used when the weather permits. You are responsible for it’s safe operation and reporting any faults to the host. The Boardroom is equipped with a fire extinguisher and blanket should they be required. Kayaks are hired solely at the guests risk. If the hirer is inexperienced then they should enquire about instruction before use. A Buoyancy aid will be supplied with each kayak and should be used at all times. There will be a surcharge if anything is broken or not returned as it left when hired.
