Relax with the whole family or friends in this quiet accommodation. The house is in a privileged location, off the most touristy routes but a few minutes and well connected to the attractions of the area. Flims-Laax-Falera, Obersaxen, Disentis-Muster, Brigels, Valendas, and the entire surrounding area offer exceptional attractions both in summer and winter! The space It is a Bauerhaus, a typical Swiss-style farmhouse with an adjoining barn; built with the Strickbau (cross-wood) technique in 1945 and completely restored while maintaining its original character in 2021. The guest space is on the mezzanine floor, with a separate entrance and garden use available. Parking is available on the property. Use of laundry and common areas with play area on request. The entrance to the accommodation is via a wooden staircase, covered and sheltered, which introduces you directly to the heart of the house: the hearth. A space that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, fully equipped, with an electric and economic kitchen, table, pantry and wardrobe. In winter, we'll be happy to provide you with the wood you need for your evenings by the fireplace. The living room is finely furnished and welcoming, the bathroom has a tub/shower, and a set of towels. There are two bedrooms, the Redroom and the Blueroom. The RED room is furnished with a double bed, the BLUE room with 2 single beds. Guest access You park directly on the property's ground on the side of the road, 10 meters from the private entrance with a small private staircase to the garden. Nearby are the Rueun train station and the bus stop. Other things to note Being an old wooden house restored while maintaining its original spirit, it is likely to hear footsteps on the upper floor, but it is part of the charm of this property! :) Pets are allowed for a surcharge of 45 CHF per stay.
