Our 1-bedroom compact studio is 25 square meters and offers 1 to 2 people space to sleep, live and cook. In addition to a king-size box-spring bed, you will find a dining table for 2 people as well as a workplace. The space - Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments. If you smoke in your room, we will have to charge you a cleaning fee of €200.00 for this. - Throughout the house, a quiet hours are from 10 pm until 7 am. Should there be noise nuisance during this time, we will charge you €300.00 for this case. Bachelors' parties and parties, etc., are not permitted. If we still find a party, you hereby allow us to withhold the full amount of the security deposit. Please be aware that you have to pay in Berlin City Tax. The city tax is 5% of the net nightly rate, excluding VAT and fees for other services such as a minibar, sauna and wellness area. Only private nights are taxed, limited to a consecutive overnight stay of 21 days. The city tax is calculated on site. We are looking forward to having you in our house. Other things to note *Cleaning Policy: The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price. *Extra Services: In addition, We propose extra services such as late check-out. All these services can be found in the apartment by scanning the QR code. *Recommendations: We offer personal recommendations for your trip to Berlin in which you can find local for bars and restaurants. Just let me know if you are interested and I’ll send it over. *My Reservation / Booking All important information (such as reservation details, check-in instructions, google maps directions, extra services etc.) can be found on your Arbio reservation page. All guests will get access to the link via message. Please note that you need to access your reservation page in order to access you booked apartment. *Longer stays We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us ! A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
